Catch Up Week!

Each grade finished up their last details on all of their projects! We've been working really hard on these projects and I cannot wait to hang them up in the hallway as soon as I can! Next week were are on to paper mache in all grades, so keep an eye out for some fun pictures! Have a great weekend and try to stay warm in the predicted snow storm!

3rd Grade

Third graders had another day of color mixing! I've been trying to teach this earlier and earlier to our younger grades and they did so well! I think they all know which colors make which colors now! Ask them about the PRIMARY COLORS and the SECONDARY COLORS! This week they painted on their clay pots!

4th Grade

Fourth graders have finally finished their Super Hero Self-Portraits, part of our Who We Are PYP planner! I am so excited to show these off next week. It has been a long project, but they have persevered!

5th Grade

Fifth graders have been finishing up their emojis which I will share next week when the display is up! Mrs. Antonelli's class earned their art party for showing HEART in art. They learned how to do a "pour painting". This is when paint, glue, rubbing alcohol and dis soap are mixed together to make a tie dye type of painting! They had a blast seeing how the mixtures came out!
